Get ready for season 2011... 18.10.2010
It’s quiet now on the banks of the Gaula where a couple of months ago epic battles were fought out by our fishing guests. The salmon now have the river all to themselves and can pursue their spawning without any disturbance. The temperatures are dropping while autumn slowly turns into winter.

Now it seems like a good time to take a look back at the past season, which ended with a total catch result of over 2 tons on the NFC beats on the Gaula. June and July were once again the strongest months of the very short season and proved to be the prime time on our beats - both in numbers and size of the fish. But even some of the August weeks provided good fishing, whilst others were not as good. We were happy to see especially our lower beats producing fish all season, even in the lowest and highest of water levels.
To help you follow up on season 2010 we prepared our annual season’s report which can be accessed by clicking HERE or using the navigation bar on the left. (Seasons).

Booking for next season has now started intensively and we very much hope that you will be able to join us in 2011. Due to the high demand some weeks are already fully booked. The earlier you contact us, the better the chance of procuring fishing during your preferred week(s).

See you on the Gaula again in season 2011!
